COMMENT: Comment not addressed. Change the listed zoning from R-1 to R-2 on the second sheet. 02. COMMENT: Comment not addressed. Provide setback information from the south border of the property to both the storage shed and the back of the house on the second sheet. Provide setback information from the west border of the property to the storage shed and the carport on the second sheet. 03. COMMENT: Comment not addressed. Add the square footage of the vehicle use area to the lot coverage calculation on the second sheet. 04. COMMENT: Comment not addressed. It appears that the storage shed is unpermitted. Provide documentation showing that the storage shed was approved in its current location. If it has not been approved, show that the storage shed is meeting the current requirements for setbacks in the R-2 zone (6'6"). 05. COMMENT: Comment not addressed. If setback requirements for the storage shed cannot be met, approval from the adjacent neighbors to the west and south of the property will be required. If this option is pursued, the following language will need to be added to the site plan with the approved signature of the adjacent property owner: My Name is __________________ and I am the owner of the property located at ________________________. I have reviewed the site plan and I have no objection to structure being located or constructed ______ feet from the property line as depicted on the site plan. Signature: _____________________________ Date: _________________________________ 06. COMMENT: Comment not addressed. It appears that the highlighted area on the third sheet does not cover the subject property. Clarify the location of the subject property.
