This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.1). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9. 10. 4. FOLLOW UP COMMENT: The garage and paved driveway, and the structure to the north west of the property must be included in the lot coverage calculation. 5. COMMENT: Provide the site plan and the elevations on one pdf on the next submittal Zoning is willing to do a digital over the counter review for this project.
