COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans for interior demo and tenant improvement for compliance with UDC requirements. Label the proposed principal use of the building i.e.; Retail sales, manufacturing, commercial storage. Keep in mind that for zoning the principal use is what zoning uses for review of the proposal. Definitions of Land Use Group, Classes, and Types can be found in the UDC within Article 11.3.

2. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal as it relates to the zoning compliance based on the principal use. Once the plans have been reviewed and approved by PDSD Commercial Plan Reviewers and zoning comments are addressed, the building plans can be approved by zoning.

3. COMMENT: Additional comments may be forthcoming on the next review based on the proposed principal use and possible use specific standards.
