This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2).

1. Provide a detail/elevation that clearly shows how the requirements of UDC Article 6.6.2.I.1, At least 75% of the area above six feet in height is left unobstructed and open through the use of architectural elements, such as arches, columns, or wrought iron, are met.

2. The “Typical site wall detail” still shows a 7’-0” high solid wall, revise the detail.
