The site plan needs to show the fence is within the boundaries of the property line as well as meets the maximum height standard - the maximum hieght of a wall/fence is 6' but can be up to 10' so long as 75% of the area above 6' is unobstructed through architectural elements such as columns, wrought iron, etc. Here is an example of a site plan: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd/site-plan-example Submit a new application and attach your site plan to the online application. https://www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd-filedrop For something simple like a fence, you can take an aerial photo and draw the placement of the fence and indicate the hieght of the wall on the site plan. |
