COMMENT: Provide the existing wall height and the total proposed wall height (existing height + proposed addition height). The maximum allowed height of a solid site wall is 6’. The wall can be 10’ if at least 75% of the area above six feet in height is left unobstructed and open through the use of architectural elements, such as arches, columns, or wrought iron. If the wall exceeds 10’ a Design Development Option (DDO) must be pursued.
