1. The aerial photograph underlay display shows a two-foot encroachment onto the property to the north (presumably catwalk overhang), while Billboard Note #3 shows only the APN for the property to the south; resolve this conflict by either removing the billboard footprint out of the parcel to the north or by adding the APN for the parcel to the north to Billboard Note #3, whichever accurately reflects the site condition.

2. In Title Block, revise title to include “Electrical”.

1. In 1st paragraph of Scope of work and Existing Electrical Riser Diagram, specify model number of existing ballasts (see T10EL00736).

2. In 1st paragraph of Scope of work, add removal of and description of conduit and wiring (including number of conductors and gauge) between meter socket and 122 panel and between 122 panel and ballasts.

3. In or near 3rd and 4th paragraphs of Scope of work add language specifying the installation of like replacement conduit and wiring (Including number and gauge of conductors) between meter socket and 122 panel and between 122 panel and ballasts.

4. In the 4th paragraph of Scope of Work, One-Line Diagram, Existing Electrical Riser Diagram & New Electrical Riser Diagram, the new ballast model numbers do not match the number boxed in the manufacturer’s literature sheet provided; conform these model numbers to the one shown in the lit sheet or otherwise resolve these inconsistencies.

5. In 4th paragraph of Scope of Work, the reuse of a 122 Panel enclosure for housing replacement fluorescent ballasts that are not waterproof is proposed; the 122 Panel, however, is not UL listed for this purpose; revise so as to provide for a NEMA 3R/waterproof enclosure that is UL listed for this purpose and revise 4th paragraph of Notes and New Electrical Riser Diagram accordingly.

6. In 6th paragraph of Notes, clarify whether electric utility is entirely responsible for trenching and installation of all UG service conduit and associated service conductors to meter socket box; if not, provide separate detail for any portions of this work that applicant is responsible for.

7. In Existing Electrical Diagram, depict parallel 2” IMC service riser attached to I-beam with indication to be removed in addition to the 3/4” riser shown & add clarifying note that the referenced 2 ½” IMC replacement riser is undergrounded and attached to bottom of meter socket box.

8. In One-Line Diagram, the breaker configuration does not conform to that shown in the Panel Schedule; resolve this conflict.
