COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the permit application for the block wall but cannot approve the application at this time. Please address the following comments. 02. COMMENT: There does not appear to be an approved use of the site on file with PDSD. In addition there is a pending violation where a citation has been issued. Provide approved and stamped documentation that demonstrates that the site has been approved for the activity or use currently on the site and that the violation has been addressed. 03. COMMENT: If the site has been cleared of any activity, provide with the next submittal current photos of the site showing all activity has been cleared. 04. COMMENT: Zoning will review the proposal for the block on the next submittal.
