Please list these adopted codes on the CODES textbox. 2. Indicate the building code classification and occupant loads for the pool, spa and enclosure area. Provide a project summary and code evaluation for the area containing the pool, spa and mechanical room. IBC 302.1, IBC TABLE 1004.5. 3. Indicate and verify compliance with the Arizona Administrative Code Sec. 18-5-208 for the pool and spa construction. 4. Provide structural calculations and drawings for the pool and spa design. Indicate the distance from the pool to adjacent walls and structures. IBC 107.2.1. 5. Submit a soils report per references listed in the STRUCTURAL NOTES. This is required for the structural review of the pool. IBC 107.2.1. 6. Provide a DOOR and WINDOW SCHEDULE of all ingress and egress openings into the pool and spa enclosure.
