COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the plans for the proposed fencing but cannot approve them at this time. Please address the following comments and resubmit the plans with corrections made as required and include any additional documentation that may be required by staff for and IID approval.

The existing development was reviewed under the Infill Incentive District special application review and approval process. The proposal should be reviewed by staff for compliance with the IID approval. Contact Maria Gayosso at 520-837-6972 or Nick Ross 520-837-4029 for information related to an IID review.

2. COMMENT: Label the street names Stone Avenue and 5th Street that are adjacent to the subject site.

3. COMMENT: Label the zoning of the property as a general note.
