11/05/2019 | SMEGGIS1 | ENV SVCS | REVIEW | Completed | The Environmental & General Services Department has completed review of the wireless communication facility proposed to be located at 350 E. Irvington Road in Tucson. This facility will contain one 98 foot high monopole, antenna arrays, ground mounted communication equipment and new electrical service. The facility will be unmanned. Based on the description of proposed site operations, there will be no solid, liquid or hazardous wastes generated at this facility. The only intermittent wastes which may be generated at this site would be electrical parts or components generated during repair or maintenance activities for the antennas or communication equipment. It is assumed that these wastes would be immediately removed from the site for off-site disposal be the contractor performing the repair or maintenance work. Based on review of the submitted materials, the Environmental & General Services Department has no objections to the special exemption zoning request for the 350 E. Irvington Road property. Please contact me if there are any questions concerning this review. Tom Ryan, P. E. City of Tucson - Environmental & General Services Department |
