03/22/2019 JSANDER1 DOT_ELEC REVIEW Reqs Change Revision of installation at 3991 S Belmar Ave replacing a wood pole mounted streetlight with steel AT&T small cell pole.

Note: Since this will be replacing a wood pole mounted streetlight wiring will be changed slightly.

On Sheet A and sheet A2 (keynote 8), sheet A-3 (keynote 1), and sheet E-2 (keynote 1): Add "or if wood pole contractor will transport to the Los Reales landfill located at 5300 E Los Reales Rd.

On Sheet A2 remove keynote 18 (There is no existing pull box and no existing conduit from this non-existent pull box), there was a TEP (utility company) secondary cable ran overhead to the electrical box on the pole which contained a 15 or 20 amp circuit breaker. Eliminate keynote 2, (run conduit for streetlight directly from meter pedestal with dedicated streetlight breaker (15 amp) #12 THW wire, and white #12 neutral from neutral buss and #8 bare Cu ground/bond wire from ground buss directly to pole). This will save you money as well.
Since your meter pedestal is providing power for the City light as well, only one conduit is required from your meter pedestal the pole.

Sheet E-1: Add 15 amp psst breaker for 120 AC for streetlight.

Sheet E-2: Eliminate keynote 14, conduit for streetlight wire will come directly from meter pedestal to pole. Eliminate keynote 8, no longer needed, as aforementioned.

Sheet G-1, N.T.S. 5: In drawing eliminate the wire nut to show neutral wire is continuous run to meter pedestal neutral buss. In Notes: 1. Add if replacing former wood pole mounted streetlight, fuse holder will remain at hand hole location. Remove #12 Cu from ground green...with #8 bare Cu to ground buss in meter pedestal.
