1. Backfill, within the City of Tucson right-of-way, above the utility shading, shall be conducted in accordance to the PAG (2015) Standard Specifications and Details, Technical Standards Manual Sec 10-2.3.0 and as directed by the TDOT right-of-way inspector and City Engineer.

2. Pavement patching, within the City of Tucson right-of-way, shall be conducted in accordance to the PAG (2015) Standard Specifications and Details, Tucson Technical Manual Sec. 10-2.3.3 and as directed by the City of Tucson right-of-way inspector and City Engineer.

3. In accordance to the City of Tucson Technical Manual Sec. 10-2.3.3.B.5, permanent pavement patching shall be warrantied for 5-years; pavement patch's failing within this period shall be repaired/replaced at no cost to the City of Tucson.
