1. Development must comply with the Administrative Manual Section 2-06 - Development Package.
2. The proposal is the for the addition of a fueling station for use by TEP only (not public access). The use is permitted per PAD-34.
3. Parking at a ratio of 1 space per employee is required. Updated information should be submitted with development package to verify this standard is met.
4. Ensure compliance with the development standards of PAD-34 and the Procedures for Development Review as found in Section IV.B. of the PAD document.
5. The comments provided are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal. During the Development Package review process, a full review will be made by Zoning to assure compliance with the applicable UDC development criteria and Technical Standards.
