COMMENTS:
1. Development must comply with the Administrative Manual Section 2-06 - Development Package.
2. The proposal is to expand and existing auto service and repair, major use. As a change to an existing commercial site, a development package will be required.
3. The 1,693 sq ft expansion constitutes a 24% expansion. If any area is added and comprises a 25% expansion, full site compliance will be required.
4. Pedestrian circulation to the new building is required. Parking, setback and height standards appear to be met with this proposal. Bike parking is required.
5. The comments provided are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal. During the Development Package review process, a full review will be made by Zoning to assure compliance with the applicable UDC development criteria and Technical Standards.
