08/30/2019 | SBEASLE1 | TUCSON WATER NEW AREA DEVELOPMENT | REVIEW | Completed | T19PRE0157 - 1002 E 36TH ST, SITE/GRADING - Bridges, new multi-fam. res. - There is an existing water plan for this area (Plan No. 2-24-216) prepared by Marum and Associates Engineering for a subdivision that was last revised on 6/16/2017. This water plan may not be used to construct the water mains to serve this proposed development as it shows water mains where you are now proposing builldings, etc. - The proposed changes will require a new Overall Master Plan for the area shown on Plan No. 2-24-216. This area includes property to the north and property to the east. - A new water plan will need to be submitted for the new development. Please note that it may progress up through the review to the final Mylar stage, but the final Mylars will not signed by Tucson until the previously approved water plan has been canceled by the owner shown on those plans (KB Homes Tucson). - No required fire flow was shown on the documents provided by the Applicant. Please be aware that the amount of fire flow required by the fire department may necessitate off-site improvements to the public water distribution system in this area. |
