2. The proposal is for a multi-family residential development consisting of 8 free-standing rental units. The use is permitted in the R-2 zone, subject to use-specific standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10.
3. Pedestrian access, lot coverage and setbacks as indicated on the proposal appear to be adequate.
4. Parking requirement may be less than indicated on the proposal, depending on the total number of bedrooms in each unit.
5. The comments provided are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal. During the Development Package review process, a full review will be made by Zoning to assure compliance with the applicable UDC development criteria and Technical Standards.
