Development must comply with the Administrative Manual Section 2-06 - Development Package. 2. The proposal is for 127 units of multi-family housing. This is a permitted use per PAD-29. 3. As the proposal is for a unified development across multiple lots, a lot combination will need to processed with Pima County prior to development approvals. All lots will need to be combined 4. Pedestrian access is required from Irvington Rd. Ensure this standard is met. 5. Per PAD section III.C. vehicular parking shall be provided at 1 space per 300 square feet for all permitted use. It appears this would require a higher than standard parking requirement for this use. A minor amendment or clarification letter may be warranted from the Rezoning staff. Please contact John Beall at john.beall@tucsonaz.gov or 837-6966. 6. If a shared parking agreement is in place for the entirety of the PAD area, documentation will be required at the time of development package submittal. 7. Per PAD section III.C.14. an Architectural Review Committee shall review all proposed architectural plans. Through a self-certification process, the ARC will provide a letter of approval to the City at time of development package submittal. 8. The comments provided are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal. During the Development Package review process, a full review will be made by Zoning to assure compliance with the applicable UDC development criteria and Technical Standards. 9.
