A small addition of roughly 500 sq. ft. is also proposed on the site. 3. Applicable development standards cannot be determined at this time. Additional information regarding the existing uses on site are needed. This will help determine the level of nonconformity and whether the site will need to meet current code standards. Please provide records of current or previous approved uses on the site. 4. As this site includes two parcels, a lot combination is required to be processed with Pima County prior to development. 5.
