Please note, these sections note standards regarding building materials for a personal storage use. 3. Wilmot Rd is designated as a Major Street & Route. Setbacks will be 21' or the height of the structure, as measured from the back of future curb. Littletown Rd will have the same setback. 4. This site is located within the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base Airport Overlay. This includes Noise Control Zone B, Approach-Departure Corridor 2 and Land Use Overlay Zone 3.
