07/02/2019 | SBEASLE1 | TUCSON WATER NEW AREA DEVELOPMENT | REVIEW | Completed | There is a dead end 6" public water line to the west that may need to be part of a looping configuration for a new water system extension. There is an 8" public water line to the north with an existing fire hydrant on it. This line to the north should be the primary point of any public water line extension due to potential fire flow requirements. The 42" concrete Cylinder line to the south may not be tapped. Either a Master water and design plan will need to be submitted or a Job Order Contract established with Tucson Water New Services Section depending on the fire flow requirements, proposed water line layout and the ability to comply with the remote meter policy.
