There is also a public water line near the location of the southern canopy. The water line location should be shown in relation to this canopy to ensure a safe offset.

3. Perimeter yard requirements: Street - 21' or (H) measured to the back of existing curb. Interior lot line 0'. Interior access lane 1'-0". H = The height of the proposed exterior building wall. In all circumstances, the greater setback resulting from the alternate measurement is required.
4. The comments provided are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal. During the Development Package review process, a full review will be made by Zoning to assure compliance with the applicable UDC development criteria and Technical Standards.
