3. The proposal appears to meet the criteria of UDC Article 8.4.3 and is eligible to proceed with application for a minor subdivision.

06/20/2019 SBEASLE1 TUCSON WATER NEW AREA DEVELOPMENT REVIEW Completed Water service to this newly proposed parcel will require that a public water line be extended to a point adjacent to the new parcel boundary. This extension may trigger the need to tie into the existing water line at two distant points in order to comply with our looping policy.
