It appears this site is appropriate for submittal of a Block Plat Application, per UDC Article 8.4.1. 3. Please note, if the intent is to develop the newly created parcels at a future date, applicable development standards will be reviewed at that time. Parking for the entire shopping center will be evaluated for against any proposed reductions. 4. Although you may proceed with the Block Plat, the proposed main parcel of less than three acres is found not to meet use-specific standard 4.9.10.C.7. as it relates to the personal storage use. Per conversation with Zoning Administrator Russlyn Wells, creating a new parcel does not meet the criteria of a site of less than three acres. 5.
