COMMENTS:
1. Development must comply with the Administrative Manual Section 2-06 - Development Package.
2. The proposal is for the construction of the Central Park in sub-area C-I of the Bridges PAD (PAD-15).
3. Per PAD-15, the site shall consist of 5.4 acres of natural open space and 25 acres of functional open space. At a minimum the park shall include ramada(s), benches, picnic bench(es), water fountain and a connection to the trail system to the south.
4. The preliminary design appears to meet the requirements of the PAD. Upon submittal, please clarify locations of benches and water fountain as well as the distribution of natural and functional open space.
5. The comments provided are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal. During the Development Package review process, a full review will be made by Zoning to assure compliance with the applicable UDC development criteria and Technical Standards.
