The following comments are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal. During the Development Package review process, a full review will be made by Zoning to assure compliance with the applicable UDC development criteria and Technical Standards.

COMMENTS:
1. The proposed abandonment of the Barrio Pantano Subdivision can be completed via a block plat process, as described in UDC Article 8.4.1. Pre-submittal materials are adequate and the block plat may proceed for submittal.
2. Full Zoning Review will be completed with the Development Package submittal. A Special Exception is required and must be approved prior to approval of the Development Package.
