TDOT Landscape Comments:
1. There is existing vegetation and City maintained irrigation in the median that is sleeved in from the south. Please add the vegetation shown on the plans in the median but coordinate with City on using existing irrigation. There is no need to provide irrigation from west across Park to the median.
2. Move the Agave Americana, the Red Bird of Paradise out of the SVT north of the intersection. These will be too large at mature size.
3. Make sure that the above plants are also located far enough from walk ways and curbs that they will not impeded pedestrian and vehicular traffic at mature size.
4. Include the following notes on the Landscape Plans:
City of Tucson
