Review RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: TDOT Engineering Review Section has reviewed the subject PIA paving plan and recommends a conditional approval of the drawings. The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to submitting mylars for signatures. 1. Include the plan number "I-2019-008" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Include the PIA activity number "T19PI000013" on cover sheet. 3. Use latest TDOT engineering plan template for this plan set. The latest TDOT engineering plan template can be found at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/tdot/engineering. 4. Sheet 2, Section A: Verify the median island existing surface treatment, there may be rock rip-rap in the adjoining island section. 5. Revise drawing to address the removal and placement of the existing R4-7c sign in the median island.
