Review RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: TDOT Engineering Review Section has reviewed the subject PIA paving plan and does not recommend approval at this time. The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to resubmittal. Please include a response letter addressing the following comments with subsequent submittal. 1. Include the plan number "I-2019-007" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Include the PIA activity number "T19PI00009" on cover sheet. 3. Use latest TDOT engineering plan template for this plan set. The latest TDOT engineering plan template can be found at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/tdot/engineering. 4. The City of Tucson has adopted the Pima Associations of Governments (PAG) Standard Details and Specifications. Update notes/details on all sheets to reference the appropriate PAG standards. 5. Provide catch basin and storm drain pipe tables. 6. Sheet 5, Provide a curb access ramp opposite and inline with the proposed access ramp at Sta. 5+13, 13' RT . 7. Sheet 6, Depict storm drain from SDMH #3 to CB 2.0 in plan view. 8. Sheets 5 & 7: Provide location and details of vertical to wedge curb transitions at the intersections with Via Aguarachay and Camino Boleadores. 9. Delineate and label all easements. Additionally, a flowage easement will have to be provided for channel located in between lots 30 and 3. 10. Indicate that sidewalk will be placed pursuant to City of Tucson Technical Standards Manual along Kolb Rd.
