Review RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: TDOT Permit Review Section has reviewed the subject PIA paving plan and does not recommend approval at this time. The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to resubmittal. Please include a response letter addressing the following comments and return redlined drawings with subsequent submittal. 1. Add the plan number "I-2014-003" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Add PIA activity number "T19PI0005" on cover sheet. 3. Use latest TDOT engineering plan template for this plan set. The latest TDOT engineering plan template can be found at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/tdot/engineering. 4. Revise General Grading and Paving Notes to reference the Pima Associates of Government (PAG) 2015 Standard Specification for Public Improvements (SSPI) and Standard Details (SD). Revise plan set to reflect this change. 5. Revise General Grading and Paving Note 19 to indicate the asphaltic concrete shall conform to TDOT City Mix #2. 6. Provide TSMR case number on cover sheet and include a General Grading and Paving note describing the TSMR.
