Include the plan number "I-2019-002" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Include the PIA activity number "T19PI00002" on cover sheet. 3. Use TDOT engineering plan template for this plan set. The latest TDOT engineering plan template can be found at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/tdot/engineering. Please note that the signatory titles should only be provided on cover sheet. 4. Sheet 1: Revise Paving Note 1 to reference the Pima Associates of Government (PAG) 2015 Standard Specification for Public Improvements (SSPI) and Standard Details (SD). 5. Sheet 2: Revise General Paving Note 5 to indicate the use of TDOT City Mix No. 2 for the asphaltic concrete.
