This site is located in the RX-2 zone (UDC 4.7.7). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-1). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.6. 1. Per Rezoning C9-04-06 Condition #8 All new structures shall be setback an average of 90 feet from the west property line. It does not appear that the 90' average setback is met. Provide a setback dimension from the midpoint of the proposed west elevation. 2. The address provided on the application is not correct. Provide a revised application with your next submittal. 3.
