2. SHT G002 PLUMBING FIXTURES. The required number of women's water closets per IBC Sec. 2902.1.1 is 1/65 x #567 = 8.73 (9 total). Per the floor plan on this sheet, the woman's restroom shows 7 w.c.'s and a family assisted restroom for a total of 8 w.c., please revise and provide 9 total w.c.'s for women's restroom.
3. SHT G002 Provide the building classification for WAREHOUSE 120 and the occupant load. The warehouse must be included in the calculations for the maximum allowable area for the building and the occupant load must be factored into the egress calculations. IBC 302.1; IBC 1004.1.
4. SHT G002 On this text box, please provide the calculations for the allowable area increase due to frontage. IBC Sec. 506.3.2.
5. SHT G002 The egress plan should contain a graphic representation of the routes and measurements for the Common Path of Egress Travel and the Exit Access Travel Distance. Exit access travel distance shall be measured from the most remote point of each room, area or space along the natural and unobstructed path of horizontal and vertical egress travel to the entrance to an exit. IBC 1017.1, 1017.3.

01/22/2020 ROBERT SHERRY MECHANICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Provide heating and cooling load calculations to justify the heating/cooling capacities of the specified HVAC units. Reference: Section C403.1.1 and C502.2.3, IECC 2018.
2. Coordinate the disposal of the HVAC condensate with the plumbing plan. Condensate drains may not terminate over a roof drain or gutter unless the roof drain or gutter terminates at or below grade in an area capable of absorbing the condensate flow without surface drainage. Reference: Section 307.2.1, IMC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson.
3. Provide the total outside air flow rate for the pool dehumidification unit on the equipment schedule. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018.
4. Coordinate the zone ventilation calculations with the scheduled outside air balancing date for each rooftop AC unit. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018.
5. Provide smoke detectors in the return air duct, upstream of any outside air connections, for all air distribution systems moving than 2,000 CFM and capable of spreading smoke to multiple rooms. Reference: Section 606.2.1, IMC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson.
01/22/2020 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Water heaters with inputs of 200,000 BTUH or greater are classified as boilers and require approval from the Arizona Boiler inspector. Reference: Title 20, Chapter 5, Article 4, Arizona Administrative Code.
2. Verify that all of the gas loads have been accounted for in the gas load calculations table on sheet P001. Reference: Section 402.2, IFGC 2018.
3. Verify the size of the gas pipe downstream of RTU-3, 850 MBH at 400 feet requires a 1-1/4" pipe based on Table 402.4 (5), IFGC 2018.
4. What is a WCB (on sheet P301); is it the WMB (on sheet P002)? If so where is the lint trap (LT-1)? Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018
5. Verify that the metering faucets for the public lavatories will operate for at least 10-seconds and will deliver no more than 0.25 gallons per cycle. Reference: Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09.
6. An approved two-way cleanout fitting is a listed single fitting, not field-assembled as shown on sheet P401. Reference: Sections 707.1 (3), 708.1.3, and 708.1.8, IPC 2018.
7. Verify that all of the vents (except for vents serving interceptors located outdoors) rise vertically to at least 6" above the flood rims of the fixtures they protect prior to running horizontally (e.g. floor and trench drains). Reference: Section 905.4, IPC 2018.
