This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9. 1. It doesn't appear that the lot coverage calculation is correct. It does not appear that the lot coverage includes the parking area shown in the northeast corner of the parcel. 2. Under "LOT SIZE" you list ".21 S.F." and (9,231 S.F.), which square footage is correct? 3.
