COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

01. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the plans for compliance with the last revised and approved Development Package (DP) for the subject property, DP17-0182. The review is also subject to rezoning C9-16-16.

02. COMMENT: Site plan shown does not match revised and approved DP17-082 specifically in regard to the sidewalk extension to the east property line along the south side of the building 7. Revise the site plan on sheet 3 to depict the sidewalk extending to the east property line of Lot 7.

03. COMMENT: Change note 2.B. under Code Study - 2018 International Building Code to correctly state the height requirements for this project, which is a max of 20'as approved for buildings 4-8 per rezoning condition 7. The max height of the building should be listed as 20 feet or as measured to the midpoint of the tallest roof. (Keep in mind that condition 7 restricts the height of Building 7 to 20 feet.)
