1. By tapping the PV output feeders to the secondary transformer terminals, the transformer secondary feeders now have the potential of an additional 466 amps being imposed on them. Verify that the existing feeders and panels are protected from over current or, provide fused disconnect switches for each panel feeder at the point of the feeder connection. NEC 215.3, 240.4, 408.30 and 408.36.
2. Verify that the DG disconnect is rated for the highest available fault current likely to be imposed on it. NEC 690.15B
3. Provide information on the lighting plan that verifies that the added 25 luminaires will not overload the branch circuit and OCPD utilized. NEC 220.10, 225.8.
4. Show the location of all PV equipment and conduit routing on the site plans, including the location of the transformer vault. NEC 690, 705.
5. Verify that the existing transformers are listed by the manufacturer to be used in reverse. NEC 110.3

01. COMMENT: The Canopy proposed to the north is in a Buildable area of a parcel located in a Residential zone. Detached accessory structures like solar canopies are not permitted in the full width of the lot between the principal building and the front street lot line, only in the side or the rear. (UDC 6.6.3.B)


02. COMMENT: If parking is to be restriped, provide parking calculations based on the use of the site showing that the new spaces meet the minimum number of required parking spaces.


03. COMMENT: Zoning will re-review the plans on the next submittal
