COMMENT: Attach the Covered Parking Plans / Development Package (DP18-0280) sheets to this Site Plan (T19CM08917) for a comprehensive review of the parking structure details such as the elevation and dimensions. 02. COMMENT: The Covered Parking Plans demonstrate the parking canopy to be 18 feet; however, the Site Plan demonstrates the parking space as 18 feet with the canopy demonstrating less than 18 feet. Please clarify the difference in the dimension of the parking space compared the dimension (specifically the length) of the canopy. 03. COMMENT: The length of the carport canopy is 18 feet, which is the length of the parking space - the parking space should have a least one foot of uncovered clearance to account for vehicles turning into the space. 04. COMMENT: The ADA parking spaces on the eastside of the building are permitted to utilize 2.5 feet of overhang. Since the parking spaces are flush with the sidewalk, it is recommended the developer consider installing tire stops for these parking spaces to avoid any damages to the building.
