Please clarify that the outdoor air intake opening CC50 is not less than 10 ft. from hazardous or noxious locations such as vents, chimneys, streets, alleys or parking lots. Site plan sheet X1.0 shows carports between each of the units. IRC R 303.5.1.
2. Access to the water heater or maintenance or replacement shall not require the dismantling or destruction of a permanent portion of the structure; provide an access for the water heater. M2005.2.1.
3. Provide a schematic drawing of the water heater which specifies the required controls and check valves for the hot water distribution circulation system. Specify an expansion tank at the water heater where a closed system of water piping occurs. M2003.1.
4. Where the clothes dryer is installed in a closet or enclosure, an opening having not less than 110 sq. in. shall be provided at the dryer location. IMC 504.6.
