COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


01. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the plans for the swimming pool but cannot approve them at this time. Address the following comments and resubmit for review.


02. COMMENT: Clarify if there will be a structure built over a portion of the pool? If so include the drawings for the structure and revise the permit application to include the structure. Additional comments could not be provided relative to height or setbacks because building plans for the structure were not included in the plan set. Assure that the corrected drawings include the setbacks to the proposed structure posts facing the north and east property lines.

The following comments are relative to an application for Historic Review (UDC 5.8.8).
This site is located in the HO-3 zone (UDC 4.7.15).

The subject property is within an historic HO-3 zone and all structures must be reviewed and approved by PDSD Historic Staff prior to zoning approval of the building plans. Contact Jodie Brown at 837-6968 or Michael Taku at 837-4963 for information on the Historic Review process.


03. COMMENT: The comment is minor and zoning is willing to do an over the counter digital review once the corrected plans have been uploaded for review. The applicant should request such a review after the plans are uploaded.
