COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


1. COMMENT: Ensure details on the building plan are consistent with the Development package on the next submittal

2. COMMENT: The parking shown on the far west of the property (sheet C3.0) and the far east (sheet C4.0) is not shown on the DP. Ensure both plans show correct and consistent parking spaces for the entire site on the next submittal.

3. COMMENT: Canopy B elevation shown on sheet S2.5 (9'-6") is not consistent with the elevation shown on the DP (8'-2") provide correct and consistent elevations for Canopy elevations on the next submittal.

4. COMMENT: total square footage table shown on the cover sheet is inconsistent with the one shown on the DP. Ensure the next submittal shows consistent square feet for the building plans and the DP

5. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal as it relates to the zoning review purview and compare the building plan footprint, building height, and square footage and location to ensure consistency with the DP.

6. COMMENT: Once the plans have been reviewed and approved by PDSD Commercial Plan Reviewers and zoning has verified consistency with the DP, the building plans can be approved by zoning.
