Please coordinate. 2. Sheet S-1; Foundation and Framing Plan: The dimensions indicate a maximum 25'-0" canopy width, and a 60'-6" length.This produces a maximum 1513 SF. Please verify the actual canopy SF, and indicate that canopy on this plan. 3. Sheet S-1; General Structural Notes (Code): The 2012 International Building Code (IBC) is indicated. Please revise that to the 2018 IBC, and revise the structural calculations as required. 4. Sheet S-1; General Structural Notes (Foundations): The lateral soil pressure design references the IBC Table 18-1-A. Please revise that table reference to the appropriate table in the 2018 IBC. 5. Structural Calculations; Cover Page: The Address indicates the 2012 IBC. The City of Tucson has adopted the 2018 IBC. Please revise and verify the structural calculations using the 2018 IBC. 6. Structural Calculations; Cover Page: A note indicates "THESE STRUCTURAL CALCULATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH WET SEAL DATED NOT OVER 180 DAYS PRIOR TO PERMIT APPLICATIONS". Please revise all seal dates (drawings and calculations) to meet that criteria. 7. Structural Calculations; Sheet 24: Using the column base plate option (Detail 7/S-1), no anchor bolt design was included in the calculations. Please provide. 8.
