Until the building plan is approved by all other review agencies Zoning cannot approve the plan. (The mechanical reviewer is requiring a correction to the plans. Until the corrections are made zoning cannot approve the building plan TI. However Zoning is willing to do an over the counter digital review on the next submittal which can be requested at time of the building plan submittal. Email Steve Shields or David Rivera and request the over the counter review; this is assuming that the mechanical plans reviewer can approve the corrections requested.)
