10/31/2019 | SBORZAK1 | ZONING | REVIEW | Needs Review | PDSD TRANSMITTAL FROM: Steve Shields Section Manager PROJECT: Speedway Training Center - 15 W. Grant Road T19CM07753 Building Plan (1st Review) TRANSMITTAL DATE: October 28, 2019 1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. It appears that there have been changes to the site that are not reflected on the last approved site plan, i.e. additional vehicle parking added along the front of the main building, one (1) being an additional accessible vehicle parking space that does not meet the requirements of ICC A117.1-2009 Section 501, no access aisle is provided. A new development package will need to be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan. 3. Until the building plan is approved by all other review agencies Zoning cannot approve the plan. If you have any questions about this transmittal, please contact me at Steve.Shields@tucsonaz.gov or (520) 837-4956 |
