(b) 402.1 (light source color temperature requirements), shielding requirements, etc . (c) Provide calcs for total lumens allowed and total lumens proposed per acre including existing, for Full Cut Off and Unshielded per table 401.1. (d) Indicate whether or not a special inspection is required per sec. 104.2.2, and 106.2. (e) Specify any exceptions used. (f) Curfew lighting controls If applicable.
