01. COMMENT: Zoning has done a review of the building plans. In addition, while the building are consistent as it relates to the zoning review purview zoning cannot approve the building plans until the Building Plans reviewer have approved the building plans.

02. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to assure consistency with the DP. Once the DP is approved by all reviewers and the building plans are approved by the Commercial Plans reviewers zoning can approve the building plans
