01. COMMENT: Zoning has done a review of the building plans for the T.I., while the building are consistent as it relates to the zoning review purview zoning cannot approve the building plans until the Commercial Plans reviewer(s) have approved the building plans and the DP 19-0246 is approved. (As of this review the DP has yet to be approved.)

02. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to assure consistency with the approved DP. (Once the DP is approved by all reviewers and the building plans are approved by the Commercial Plans reviewers zoning can approve the building plans.)

03. COMMENT: Assure that the site plan in the building plans package matches the site plan from the DP package.

03/02/2020 ERIC NEWCOMB BUILDING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Sheet G0.1; Life Safety Plan: Per the IBC Section 1017.3, exit access travel distance shall be measured along the unobstructed path of horizontal and vertical egress travel. Please remove the diagonal paths to meet that requirement.
2. Sheet G0.1; Code Review (Egress): All three suites are indicated as Suite 1. Please revise.
3. Sheet G0.1; Code Review (Egress): The occupant load references Table 1004.1.2. Please revise that reference to the 2018 IBC.
4. Sheet G0.1; Code Review (Codes): Please revise the 2010 ADAAG to the 2009 ICC/ANSI Accessibility Code.
5. Sheet A5.1; Enlarged Floor Plan 6: The ambulatory accessible water closet must meet the space requirements of the ICC/ANSI Section 604.10.2 (36" width x 60" depth). Please indicate that on this plan.

[Initial comment: Provide energy code compliance calculations for the building envelope; use the climate zone for Tucson. Provide sufficient detail on the drawings to evaluate the energy compliance of the building envelope (e.g. building and wall sections, building elevations, etc.). The information shall, as a minimum, include U-factors of the envelope systems and fenestration components, along with the R-values of the insulation and the SHGC for the fenestration.
