COMMENT: Zoning has done a review of the building plans and T.I., while the building are consistent as it relates to the zoning review purview zoning cannot approve the building plans until the Commercial Plans reviewer(s) have approved the building plans and the DP 19-0246 is approved. (As of this review the DP has yet to be approved.) 02. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to assure consistency with the approved DP. (Once the DP is approved by all reviewers and the building plans are approved by the Commercial Plans reviewers zoning can approve the building plans.) 03. COMMENT: Assure that the site plan in the building plans package matches the site plan from the DP package.
