Building plans (1st Review) 960 S Freeway T19CM07270 - C-2 Zoning TRANSMITTAL DATE: October 15, 2019 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 01. COMMENT: COMMENT: Zoning has done a review of the building plans. In addition, while the building is consistent as it relates to the zoning review purview zoning cannot approve the building plans until the Commercial Plans reviewer(s) have approved the building plans. 02. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to assure consistency with the DP. Once the DP is approved by all reviewers and the building plans are approved by the Commercial Plans reviewers zoning can approve the building plans Clarify the discrepancy on the application and the building plans. On the building plan it appears that the whole building is being proposed while on the application it says foundation only. If this permit is foundation only remove all the sheet that don't correspond to the foundation such as: Elevations, roof plan etc..
