10/08/2019 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. The riser diagram B/P2.0 shows two cases where the vented horizontal drains from a hand sink (#15) and a mop sink cabinet (#69) terminate at the vent of a floor sink (P-14). If you want to common vent these two fixtures with the floor sinks, the additional vent is not appropriate.
2. Provide a backwater valve for the building sewer downstream of the grease interceptor. Reference: Section 714.1, IPC 2018.
3. Clarify which natural gas sizing table was used for the kitchen appliance downstream of regulator R-3. The Item #2 in the boxed note on sheet P1.6 refers to Table 402.4(5), IFGC 2018 but specifies a pressure drop of only 0.5" WC. Most of the pipe appears to be sized with a 0.5" WC pressure drop but the branch pipes for the 6-Burner ranges are sized for a 3" WC pressure drop.

1. Ref; Plan Sheet E2.2. Verify all receptacles in the cooking and food prep areas of the kitchen as defined in art 100 and 210.8B2, are GFI protected as specified per the 2017 NEC.
2. Ref; plan sheet E4.0 and Panel Schedules.
(a) Provide a complete fault current analysis. Indicate available fault current and ratings for the Service and downstream equipment.
(b) Indicate feeder conductor material, Copper or Aluminum or either, and insulation types. This information could not be found in the electrical notes or other plan sheets.
(c) Locate Panel 'TVSS' on the electrical floor plans. Indicate the purpose for this panel and provide a panel schedule.
(d) Include transformer '1TV' (15 KVA) in the one-line diagram feeder schedule.
(e) Some of the panel schedules are calling out Main Breakers and Main Lugs for the same panel. Please clarify.
(f) The amp ratings shown on the one-line diagram does not correlate with the panel schedules for panels, 1LD1, 1LD2, IT, 1H2, 1LV. Please clarify.
