COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the proposed C.O.W. but cannot approve the plans at this time. 02. COMMENT: While there is no requirement for a Special Exception application for a C.O.W., the proposal must be approved under a Temporary Use Permit application. Contact Mark Castro at 520-837-4979 or Mark.Castro@tucsonaz.gov for the TUP application and process. 03. COMMENT: List the TUP case number in the lower right corner of all plan sheets and add a general note with the TUP case number and conditions of the TUP approval. Ensure that the plans are revised to incorporate any conditions of the TUP approval. 04. COMMENT: Zoning will review the plans on the next submittal to verify compliance with any conditions of the TUP.
